Pay for minutes, not months
Credit never expires and there is no subscription. A quiet month costs nothing.
€5.00
per hour of meeting
That is €0.083 a minute, billed by the second while capture is running — a 12-minute call costs 12 minutes, not an hour. Pausing costs nothing. Drafted answers are charged separately at cost plus a small margin, in practice a few cents an hour.
Credit packs
Bigger packs carry a bonus. Same rate either way.
Questions people actually ask
- Does my credit expire?
- No. There is no subscription and no monthly minimum — buy credit when you need it and use it whenever.
- What happens when I run out mid-meeting?
- Transcription and answers stop and the overlay tells you why. The transcript you already have stays on screen. Top up and start a new meeting to carry on.
- Do you keep my meeting recordings?
- No recordings and no transcripts. Audio never reaches our servers — it goes from your Mac directly to the transcription provider, and the transcript stays on your machine. Requests for a drafted answer pass through us and are not stored.
- What about the end-of-meeting recap?
- That one we do keep, so you can read it later on the site or in the app. It is a summary rather than a transcript, but it is still meeting content. A recap is only written when you press stop to end a meeting — quit the app instead and nothing is saved.
- Is it legal to use in a meeting?
- That depends where you and the other participants are. Some places require everyone to consent to being recorded. It is your call to make, and worth making before the meeting rather than during it.
- Can I use my own API keys instead?
- Not on the hosted plan. Keys are held server-side so they cannot leak out of an app running on a laptop, which is the point of the design.
